Role Description The Associate Founder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. This role involves collaborating on overall business strategy, defining the company’s media and content direction, and supporting key decisions related to operations, partnerships, and brand positioning. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating with creative and technical teams, overseeing content planning and production schedules, managing stakeholder communication, and monitoring performance metrics to guide growth initiatives. The Associate Founder will work on identifying new opportunities, contributing to marketing and outreach plans, and helping build internal processes and standards. The role requires hands-on involvement, a willingness to take responsibility, and a strong interest in shaping a growing media-focused organization.
