Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Consultant role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Healthcare Consultant will work closely with healthcare providers and internal teams to assess operational challenges, analyze clinical and administrative workflows, and recommend data-driven improvements. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting healthcare data, mapping current processes, developing consulting frameworks, and supporting the implementation of solutions in areas such as staffing, EHR optimization, and revenue cycle initiatives. The role involves preparing client reports and presentations, facilitating stakeholder meetings, and collaborating with technical teams to align AI, automation, and interoperability projects with clinical and business goals. The Healthcare Consultant will also stay current on healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure that recommendations are compliant, practical, and scalable.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and workflow analysis.
- Consulting experience, with the ability to conduct assessments, develop recommendations, and manage client relationships.
- Healthcare Consulting expertise, with a solid understanding of healthcare delivery models and clinical operations.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare Industry, including regulatory frameworks, reimbursement models, and care pathways.
- Familiarity with Medicare or similar public and private healthcare insurance systems.
- Experience with EHR systems, clinical informatics, or healthcare process optimization is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
