Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Define KPI, SLA, operational, adoption and benefit measures with documented formulas, owners, baselines, targets and source lineage.
• Build executive dashboards and recurring analysis packs covering delivery performance, service outcomes, automation, quality, risks and realised value.
• Analyse trends across planning, design, build, testing, incidents, changes, capacity and assurance processes.
• Profile and reconcile data, identify anomalies and data-quality issues, and support root-cause resolution.
• Develop repeatable SQL queries or notebooks with clearly documented logic and controlled data sources.
• Translate analytical results into concise management narratives, recommendations, actions and decision points.Required Skills & Experience
• 4–8 years of data analysis, reporting or operational analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with Python, BigQuery, Looker or Looker Studio.
• Experience defining KPI and SLA measures and building executive dashboards.
