Role Description The Co-Founder role at Digimart Eventure Pvt. Ltd. is a part-time, on/off-site position based in Jaipur. The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining business strategy, identifying growth opportunities in our new launched mens fashion jewellery category, and setting short- and long-term goals. Daily tasks may include reviewing market research, supporting sales and marketing activities, building and maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and monitoring key performance indicators. The role also involves contributing to product and service development, improving internal processes, and ensuring that operations align with the company’s vision and values. The Co-Founder will work closely with other founders and core team members to guide financial planning, resource allocation, and overall business development. main focus on Social-Media and Brand Developement
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to help design and implement brand, digital, and promotional strategies.
- Vast Experience in Ecommerce/Social-media.
- Experience or strong interest in Jewellery or Fashion sectors is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur and collaborate closely with other founders is required.
- Prior entrepreneurial, startup, or leadership experience is an advantage.
- A relevant academic background in business, management, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
