Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, task tracking, project coordination, and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking tasks and deliverables, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of technical components and functional capabilities.

Candidates with a working understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and cloud-based technical environments are preferred. The individual should be comfortable collaborating with technical teams, business stakeholders, developers, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project activities are well organized, documented, and delivered according to established timelines.

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, Agile Project Coordinator, or in a similar technical delivery role.

Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Experience managing and tracking tasks, project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.

Experience preparing and maintaining technical documentation and functional documentation.

Ability to understand technical components, application functionality, system workflows, and integration dependencies.

Working knowledge of AWS services and cloud computing concepts.

Strong organizational, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to coordinate with technical and non-technical teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
