Company Description: Posilenz Technologies works with businesses to solve challenges, improve operations, and grow through technology. From ERP and data analytics to IT consulting and digital services, we help businesses find the right solutions for their needs.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to design, build and deploy scalable web applications and REST APIs. You will own features end-to-end, from database design and backend services to the user interface, and see them through to deployment in the cloud.
The ideal candidate thinks beyond individual tasks. You will consider how each part of the system fits together, and how it will perform and grow over time. You will work with Python and Django on the backend, React on the frontend, and container-based deployment on AWS or Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Python, Django and Django REST Framework
- Build end-to-end features covering backend logic and frontend UI using React.js, TypeScript and JavaScript
- Design database schemas and write efficient queries in PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Package and deploy applications using Docker on AWS or Azure
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable, repeatable releases
- Ensure applications are secure, perform well under load and are easy to maintain
- Review code, guide junior developers and help set good engineering practices for the team
- Work closely with product, design and business teams to turn requirements into working features
Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend developer
- Backend: Strong skills in Python, Django and Django REST Framework, including authentication, permissions and API design
- Frontend: Solid experience with React.js, TypeScript and modern JavaScript
- Databases: Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including schema design and query optimization
- Cloud: Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS or Azure
- Containerization: Working knowledge of Docker and Docker Compose
- Version Control: Experience with Git workflows, code reviews and CI/CD pipelines
- Good to have: Experience with caching or background task tools such as Redis or Celery, and with automated testing
