Project Manager – Lending (10-12 Years Experience)

About the role

Yutrix Labs is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in lending to lead delivery of lending and underwriting technology initiatives. This is an on-site contract role based in Pune.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of lending projects, from requirements through go-live, covering scope, timelines, budget and quality.
• Work with business, product, credit/risk and engineering teams to translate lending workflows (origination, underwriting, disbursal, servicing, collections) into clear project plans.
• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, and keep stakeholders informed with regular status reporting.
• Run sprint planning, reviews and other delivery ceremonies; drive Agile and hybrid delivery practices.
• Coordinate UAT, release planning and post-launch support for lending platforms and integrations.
• Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory and compliance expectations applicable to lending in India.
• Manage vendors, third-party integrations and cross-functional teams.Requirements
• 10-12 years of overall experience in project or program management, with substantial experience in the lending domain (retail, SME or digital lending).
• Proven track record of delivering lending, loan origination or underwriting platform projects.
• Good understanding of the loan lifecycle, credit workflows and risk and compliance considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and Agile methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, CSM or similar certification is a plus.
