  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Continuously update technical skills and stay informed about industry trends to improve software development processes.

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization techniques.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Pega Platform.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
