• Ability to understand client expectations and design the solution independently.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with the client
• Knowledge of Financial Capital market would be preferable
• Technical expertise in understanding the product and guiding the team towards designing the changes and resolving any issues in the system
• Ability to understand business requirement and translate into a feasible technical solution and developing it with the team within the defined timeframe
