Digital Azadi is looking for an experienced and hands-on WordPress Website Developer who can take complete ownership of our website ecosystem, landing pages, automations, integrations, technical support, and in-house Lead Management Software.

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

🎯 About the RoleAs a WordPress Website Developer at Digital Azadi, you will be responsible for managing multiple company websites, developing and optimizing landing pages, solving technical issues, and providing technical support to our clients and students.

You will also take ownership of our in-house Lead Management Software, business automations and third-party integrations, ensuring that our digital systems work smoothly and efficiently.

You will coordinate with clients, conduct technical training sessions when required, and participate in Zoom calls/meetings to understand and resolve technical queries.

This is a hands-on ownership role where you will work across website development, maintenance, automation, integrations, troubleshooting, optimization and technical support.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

1. WordPress Website Management

Manage and maintain multiple WordPress websites.
Handle website updates, plugins, themes, backups and security.
Troubleshoot website errors, bugs and technical issues.
Ensure websites are fast, secure, responsive and functional.
Coordinate with hosting/domain providers whenever required.

2. Landing Page Development & Optimization

Create and modify high-converting landing pages.
Test different layouts, content sections, forms and user journeys.
Analyze landing page performance and suggest improvements.
Optimize pages for speed, user experience and conversions.
Work closely with the marketing team on campaign requirements.

3. Automation & Integration Management

Manage, maintain and troubleshoot existing business automations and workflows.
Set up and maintain integrations between websites, CRM/Lead Management Software and other business tools.
Connect lead generation forms with CRM, email, WhatsApp, payment and other relevant systems.
Monitor automation workflows and identify failures or errors.
Test integrations whenever new changes are implemented.
Build new automations based on business requirements.
Ensure data flows correctly between different platforms.
Troubleshoot API, webhook and third-party integration issues.
Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.

4. Lead Management Software

Take complete ownership of our in-house Lead Management Software.
Manage day-to-day operations and technical requirements.
Handle configurations, troubleshooting and basic customizations.
Manage integrations between the software and other business systems.
Coordinate with internal teams for new requirements and improvements.
Ensure smooth functioning of lead management processes.
Monitor lead data flow and resolve technical issues affecting lead management.

5. Client & Student Technical Support

Resolve website and technical queries of clients/students.
Troubleshoot WordPress, hosting, plugin, automation and integration-related issues.
Communicate with users through calls, WhatsApp/email and Zoom.
Understand technical problems and provide practical solutions.
Conduct technical support/training sessions whenever required.

6. Technical Communication & Training

Participate in Zoom meetings and technical calls.
Explain technical solutions in simple language.
Conduct training sessions for clients, students or internal teams when required.
Understand requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.

7. Website Performance & Security

Monitor website performance and uptime.
Implement basic security best practices.
Identify and fix performance bottlenecks.
Maintain backups and ensure website stability.
Keep websites, themes and plugins updated.

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of hands-on WordPress development experience.
Strong knowledge of WordPress themes, plugins and customization.
Experience with Elementor / other page builders.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
Experience with website maintenance and troubleshooting.
Understanding of hosting, domains, SSL, DNS and website migration.
Experience managing automation workflows and third-party integrations.
Understanding of APIs, webhooks and basic integration concepts.
Experience with CRM/Lead Management Software is a strong advantage.
Understanding of website security and performance optimization.
Understanding of SEO and landing page optimization is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple websites, automations and tasks independently.
Hindi/English communication skills will be an advantage.
