About Role:

Experience Level: Mid-Level – Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4-6 year’s of experience with strong hands-on experience in C#/.NET (8-10), React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, and API development. Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or Codex in real-world software development is required.

Role Overview: We are looking for a 4–6 year's experience in Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong C#/.NET (8-10), React, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, Claude code and API development skills. Build and ship reliable features for a prepaid card and payments platform using AI-assisted development. Direct AI agents, review and improve code, debug issues, and validate changes through testing. Work across backend, frontend, databases, cloud infrastructure, and payment integrations.

What You'll Do

As part of the job

• Ship changes with Claude Code. Write the plan, run the agents, review the diff, and prove the fix with tests: a negative test that fails without the change and passes with it, plus a test that the real user flow still works.
• Catch what the AI gets wrong. Agents produce confident, plausible, broken code. In a payments system that means a double debit, a refund that never lands, or one customer reading another's data. Spotting that is the core skill of this role.

What we're looking for

• You already build this way. Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot or Codex: whichever it is, you've shipped real things with AI agents, not just tried them.
• You can read code you didn't write and tell good from bad. This is non-negotiable. If you can't review the agent's output, you can't do this job.
• Enough C#/.NET, TypeScript/JavaScript and SQL to debug on your own when the agent is stuck or wrong, on both sides of an API call.
• Many of our bugs sit exactly there: the server does one thing and the app assumes another.
• A careful instinct for money and data. You ask "what happens if this call times out after the money moved?" and "can this user reach someone else's card?" before you ask whether it compiles.

Requirements:

Must have technical skills

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as Full Stack Engineer.
• Backend: C# on .NET 8–10, Azure Functions (isolated worker) plus older layered ASP.NET APIs, EF Core and Dapper.
• Front end: React (web), React Native with TypeScript (iOS and Android), Angular with TypeScript (partner portal), on Node with Jest.
• Data: MySQL, SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Azure Cache for Redis and queues.
• Infrastructure: Azure Functions and App Services, Key Vault, App Insights, Terraform, Bitbucket Pipelines, and private NuGet packages on Azure Artifacts.
• Integrations Card processors, payment and payout partners, identity verification, and SMS, email and push providers.
• Tooling: Claude Code as the primary development tool.

Good to have skills

• Payments or card-issuing experience, PCI awareness, and security review experience.
