Senior Full Stack Engineer (Python, React, AWS, GenAI)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Engineer with 6-9 years of experience in building scalable web applications, cloud-native platforms, and modern enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, React.js, AWS, Microservices, and exposure to AI/GenAI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and React.js.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
  • Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Redux.
  • Implement microservices and event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologies.
  • Work with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
  • Contribute to AI/GenAI initiatives including LLM integrations, RAG solutions, and AI-powered applications.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in Python development (FastAPI, Django, Flask).
  • Hands-on experience with React.js, TypeScript, Redux, and modern frontend development.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and database optimization.
  • Cloud experience with AWS services.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with GenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, Vector Databases, OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or AWS Bedrock.
  • Exposure to distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
  • Team mentoring or technical leadership experience.
