Responsibilities

What you will own.

• 01Define product vision, long-term roadmap, and measurable OKRs for our AI workflows.
• 02Lead deep user discovery, market research, and competitive intelligence assessments.
• 03Write concise, actionable product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
• 04Coordinate across design, engineering, and data science to balance scope and delivery pace.
• 05Implement product instrumentation, analyze analytics, and build release loops to guide iterations. Intermediate skills

What you should bring.

• Structured prioritization frameworks (RICE, Kano) and agile delivery management
• High technical literacy: comfortable discussing APIs, system constraints, and model metrics
• Data analysis using SQL, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder alignment, and product storytelling
• Strong business acumen, understanding of SaaS unit economics, and client needsUseful, not required: Prior experience in AI startups, healthcare tech, or B2B SaaS operations is highly valuable.
