KRA1 Provide coordination and MIS support to the Zonal Manager to capture performance parameters. 1.Collate vital data to enable decisions making by the Zonal Manager. 2. Provide timely reports and updates to the on business trends and activities, gaps and opportunities. 3. Provide admin related assistance to Team. 4. Assist in creating availability of Dashboards on key performance metric

KRA2 Develop automation to reduce TAT and increase data integrity 1.Create MACROS/Dash boarding capabilities 2. Develop control checks to ensure process compliance

KRA3 Facilitate initiatives for increase in Productivty and achievement business requirements Prepare MIS on productivity, performance spread, product mix, etc and other business parameters to drive improvement and achieve strategic business objectives.
