Sr. Staff Technical Product Manager (BLR, India)
Senior Staff Product Manager – Developer Platform EnablementJoin our missionIntuit is a global technology platform company that helps our customers and communities overcome their most important financial challenges. We give over 50 million consumer, small business, and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper.
OverviewJoin the Intuit Platform and Development Xcceleration group as a Senior Staff Product Manager. The PDX group builds the foundational capabilities that developers across Intuit rely on to build and run flagship applications on cloud native infrastructure at scale. Intuit believes in open source, both as a consumer and a contributor, and our engineers participate actively in communities including CNCF, Istio, and Argo.
We're looking for a product leader who can own two connected platform domains: the systems that provision and run Intuit's cloud infrastructure, and the systems that make Intuit's APIs and services usable by AI agents, not just human developers. You'll set direction for how infrastructure gets provisioned against policy, and for how AI agents discover, integrate with, and operate Intuit's internal services with less and less human intervention over time.
This role carries senior staff scope. You'll set product strategy independently, make tradeoffs other teams will build against, and represent these platforms directly to engineering and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Intuit's infrastructure orchestration and provisioning platform, working closely with the engineering teams who build and operate it.
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for Intuit's agent-readiness platform, which evaluates how usable Intuit's internal APIs and services are for AI agents and drives the work that closes the gaps.
- Define the metrics that matter for each platform, from infrastructure reliability and provisioning speed to how much manual work it still takes before an agent can operate a given capability end to end, and use those metrics to prioritize the roadmap.
- Partner with the teams that define platform policy, identity, access, lifecycle rules, so that what you build upholds that policy rather than duplicating or drifting from it.
- Work with capability teams across Intuit to help them raise their agent-readiness scores, generate the integration assets they're missing, and turn what used to be manual, tribal-knowledge work into something an agent or a new engineer can follow directly.
- Represent both platforms to engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, with a clear narrative tying platform investment to developer productivity and to Intuit's broader AI strategy.
- Build and run a scrum team based in India, setting the cadence, backlog discipline, and quality bar that let a distributed team ship independently.Qualifications
- 10 or more years of product management experience, including platform, infrastructure, or developer-tools products.
- Direct experience with AI-enabled products or platforms, with a strong enough technical foundation to work through integration and architecture tradeoffs with engineering.
- Strong experience with AI Evals, model evaluations, technical use cases, shared platform capabilities, driving adoption and growth of platform capabilities, and leveraging AI to assess technical capabilities, and agentic PDLC.
- A track record of owning a product end to end: setting strategy, defining success metrics, and driving a roadmap that a distributed engineering team executes against.
- Comfort partnering across adjacent platform teams where ownership boundaries matter, and judgment about when to defer to another team's policy versus when to push back.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical tradeoffs to both engineers and executives.
- Experience managing or closely partnering with engineering teams based in India strongly preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in computer science or a related technical discipline required. Equivalent professional experience will be considered. Advanced degree or MBA preferred.
