Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
• Assist in documenting application designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management in React.js.
• Experience with front-end development tools and frameworks related to React.js.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Familiarity with integrating APIs and handling asynchronous data in React.js applications.
• Knowledge of debugging and performance optimization techniques within React.js environments.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in React.js.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
