Summary:

As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, you will engage in a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will drive innovative practices into delivery. Your day will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing technology best practices. You will leverage your expertise to enhance Accenture's reputation in the marketplace, while also contributing to the development of strategies that bring emerging ideas to life. Your role will require effective communication and a deep understanding of both technical and business aspects, ensuring that you serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the delivery process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices related to onboarding.
  • Experience with system integration and data migration within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize onboarding workflows for improved efficiency.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to track onboarding metrics.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
