Role Overview

This role owns leena.ai website end-to-end: shipping website changes, standing up A/B testing, and driving conversion optimization. It also owns the initial PLG surface: improving the sandbox experience and building a lightweight product wedge that gives prospects self-serve value before a sales conversation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Changes & Page Development
  • Own the leena.ai codebase (Next.js / React deployed on Cloudflare); ship new pages, redesigns, and campaign landing pages within days, not sprints.
  • Implement responsive, accessible, and performant front-end code aligned with the Design team's specs.
  • Build reusable page templates and component libraries so Marketing can compose pages with minimal engineering lift.
  • Manage deployment pipelines, staging environments, and site reliability (uptime, Core Web Vitals, page speed).
  • A/B Testing Infrastructure
  • Evaluate and implement an A/B testing infrastructure that can be integrated with the existing analytics stack.
  • Build the plumbing: experiment assignment, event tracking, statistical significance reporting, and audience segmentation.
  • Create a self-serve experimentation workflow so Marketing and Growth can launch, monitor, and conclude tests without engineering tickets.
  • Document experimentation standards (sample size, run time, success metrics) for the team.
  • Conversion-Rate Optimization
  • Instrument the full visitor funnel — landing → page scroll → CTA click → demo form submit → confirmation with event-level tracking (GA4, Segment, or equivalent).
  • Analyze conversion data by page, traffic source, geography, and device to identify drop-off points.
  • Run iterative experiments on headlines, hero sections, social proof, form fields, and CTA placement to improve demo-request conversion rate.
  • Partner with the Marketing teams to close the loop from website lead to qualified pipeline, feeding learnings back into page design.
  • Sandbox & Product Wedge
  • Own the Leena sandbox experience reduce setup friction, improve time-to-value.
  • Build and iterate on a product wedge: a self-serve tool on leena.ai (e.g., HR ticket analyzer, automation ROI calculator) that uses Leena's domain model to deliver value a general-purpose LLM can't replicate.
  • Instrument the wedge funnel; signups, activation, engagement, PQL conversion.
  • Work with Product to define what "product-qualified" means and how wedge usage maps to enterprise buying intent.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional front-end or full-stack web development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in React and Next.js (SSR, SSG, API routes, image optimization).
  • Solid HTML/CSS fundamentals; responsive layouts, accessibility (WCAG 2.1), cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with at least one A/B testing or feature-flagging tool (LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, VWO, or custom).
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms (GA4, Segment, Mixpanel, or Amplitude) and event instrumentation.
  • Comfortable with CI/CD workflows, Git, and deploying to modern hosting platforms (Cloudflare Pages/Workers, Vercel, or AWS).
  • Light backend experience is a plus: our site runs on Cloudflare Workers, so experience writing edge logic, simple APIs, or redirects in JS/TS (Workers, Pages, KV/D1) helps
  • Understanding of Core Web Vitals and performance optimization (Lighthouse scores, lazy loading, bundle splitting).
  • Strong communication skills; able to work directly with Marketing, Design, and GTM stakeholders without a PM intermediary.

  • Experience at a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company, especially in a growth or marketing-engineering role.
  • Experience at a startup/ fast-paced growth teams

  • Working knowledge of SEO technical fundamentals (structured data, sitemap management, canonical tags, page speed).
  • Exposure to tools like Hotjar, FullStory, or Microsoft Clarity for session recording and heatmap analysis.
  • Design sensibility; can translate a Figma comp to pixel-accurate, polished UI without heavy design oversight.
