Senior Salesforce Developer – CPQ & Field Service Lightning (FSL)

Grey Parrot Systems LLC
Ameerpet, Telangana, India

Grey Parrot Systems (GPARROT) is hiring an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with deep hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Field Service Lightning (FSL) to build, customize, and deliver enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions for our US client engagements.

About Grey Parrot Systems

Grey Parrot Systems (GPARROT) is a women-owned, BEP-certified IT services firm headquartered in Naperville, IL. We partner with mid-market enterprises to deliver AI-first, governance-driven digital transformation. Our team of seasoned CIO/CTO practitioners works side-by-side with clients across retail, logistics, manufacturing, and healthcare — and we're growing.

About the Role

This is a senior hands-on Salesforce development role for an engineer who has gone deep on CPQ and FSL — configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce CPQ quoting and pricing engines alongside Field Service Lightning scheduling, dispatch, and mobile workforce management solutions. You will work directly on US client engagements, collaborating with solution architects, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions. If you have 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven CPQ and FSL depth — we want to hear from you.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience — Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and SOQL
  • Strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ expertise — product configuration, pricing rules, quote templates, approval workflows, and amendment/renewal processes
  • Hands-on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) experience — work orders, service appointments, scheduling policies, dispatcher console, and mobile app configuration
  • Strong Apex development — triggers, classes, batch jobs, and asynchronous processing
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC) development — building custom UI components and integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations — REST / SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware connections
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools — Salesforce DX, Git, Copado, or Gearset
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits
  • Comfortable working US-aligned business hours for overlap with client and delivery teams
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills

What You'll Do

  • Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce CPQ solutions — product catalog configuration, pricing rules, discount schedules, quote templates, and approval workflows
  • Build and maintain Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations — work order management, service appointment scheduling, dispatch optimization, and mobile workforce solutions
  • Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components to extend Salesforce CPQ and FSL functionality
  • Build and maintain Salesforce integrations — connecting CPQ and FSL with ERP, billing, and enterprise systems via REST / SOAP APIs and platform events
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, well-documented Salesforce technical solutions
  • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions
  • Write and maintain unit tests, technical documentation, and deployment runbooks
  • Work within Salesforce DevOps workflows — version control, CI/CD pipelines, and sandbox management
  • Collaborate with solution architects, functional consultants, product owners, and US client stakeholders to deliver high-quality CPQ and FSL solutions on time
  • Contribute to GPARROT's Salesforce center of excellence — sharing best practices, reusable components, and CPQ/FSL expertise across the team
