Key Responsibilities

Build and ship real AI agents and workflow orchestrations—not just chatbots or demos.

Design hybrid, deterministic and AI-driven workflows for business processes.

Use AI as an assistive capability for review and insights, not as the final decision-maker.

Collaborate with the transformation team on enterprise AI solutions, including construction loan management (draw and closing processes) and finance automation.

Apply guardrails, governance and evaluation practices to production-ready agentic workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience building and shipping real agents and workflow orchestration.

Strong Python skills and practical experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore.

Fluency with Fluent and AI coding agents.

Experience using AI coding tools; AWS Kiro preferred, with Cursor, Claude Code or Windsurf also acceptable.

Ability to deliver production-ready solutions from day one.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with the Strands Agents framework (the team's standard).

LangGraph, LangChain or CrewAI experience is acceptable if able to adapt quickly.

Knowledge of financial services or lending-domain workflows.

Experience with GraphRAG, guardrails, governance and agent evaluation.

Comfort with hybrid deterministic and AI workflow design.
