Required Skills

5+ years of experience (end to end commercial project exposure), Prior work experience with Pharma Commercial business users

Candidate must have hands on experience in Pharma Commercial / Sales & Marketing functions, including

  • Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE)
  • Customer & Territory Management
  • HCP / HCO engagement processes
  • Product launches and lifecycle management
  • Market access, pricing & contracting (basic understanding)
  • Commercial analytics & reportingUnderstanding of commercial KPIs such as:
  • Sales performance, targets, call plans
  • Reach & frequencyStrong preference for candidates who have worked on commercial pharma platforms, such as: CRM Platforms
  • Veeva CRM (mandatory or highly preferred)
  • SalesforceFunctional / Technical Skills
  • Requirements gathering from Commercial stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Analytics teams)
  • Translating business needs into:
  • User stories
  • Functional specs
  • Reports & dashboards
  • Data understanding related to:
  • Sales data
  • Alignment data
  • Call activity
  • Target listsSoft Skills
  • Strong client communication (especially Sales/Marketing stakeholders)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in business language
  • Good documentation & presentation skills
  • Experience working in onsite–offshore or global teams
