Role Description The Product and Product Development Project Manager / Process Development Team Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in Madhya Pradesh, India. This position is responsible for leading product and process development projects from concept through implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of project outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project activities, defining milestones, managing timelines and resources, and tracking progress against objectives. The role involves designing and refining processes, overseeing R&D and technology transfer activities, and establishing clear documentation and standard operating procedures. The team leader will also monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, manage risks, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and mentor team members to support a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Processes Development, with experience in process mapping, optimization, standardization, and implementation of process controls.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative insights.
• Candidates should possess experience in Research and Development (R&D), including experimental design, evaluation of new products or processes, and documentation of findings.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Technology Transfer, with ability to translate R&D outcomes into scalable, operational processes and ensure smooth handover to production or client teams.
• Relevant qualifications may include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, management, or a related field.
• Beneficial skills include team leadership, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), familiarity with industry standards and compliance, and proficiency with project management tools.
