We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Python Developer with 8–12 years of experience in backend application development, API design, microservices, cloud technologies, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable backend applications using Python.
Develop REST APIs and microservices using Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Lead architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a team of Python developers.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Support sprint planning, estimations, and delivery management.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and mentoring engineers.Primary Skills
8–12 years experience in Python development.
Strong knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
PostgreSQL/MySQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Redis).
Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with REST APIs and microservices.Preferred Skills
AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Git and code review practices.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations or Generative AI applications.
