About the RoleZonious Ventures is looking for a motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will work with business and operational data to identify trends, prepare reports, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights that support business decisions and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business and operational datasets.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and operational data.
  • Use SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical insights.
  • Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and reporting standards.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal teams and management.Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Degree in or currently pursuing Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Understanding of data visualization and reporting.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.Preferred SkillsKnowledge or practical experience with the following technologies will be an advantage:
  • Python and SQL
  • Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Power BI or Tableau
  • Statistical analysis
  • Data visualization and business intelligence
  • Working with real-world datasets
