Strong hands-on experience in Python and Applied AI/ML

Production-grade Generative AI, LLMs, and AI Agents

Tool/Function Calling and Agentic Workflows

Document AI – Classification, Extraction & Summarization

Azure AI, Microsoft Foundry & Azure OpenAI

LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Microsoft Agent Framework or similar

Prompt Engineering, Evaluation, Guardrails & AI Observability

OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or comparable foundation models

REST APIs, Asynchronous Processing & PostgreSQL

Git, Docker, CI/CD, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Production AI Deployment, Monitoring & System Design

AI Engineering Leadership and Mentoring

AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot

What You’ll Do

Design and deliver production-ready GenAI and LLM solutions.

Build intelligent AI agents and multi-step automated workflows.

Develop document intelligence solutions for underwriting, claims, and policy servicing.

Optimize AI performance, cost, latency, reliability, and quality.

Lead engineering standards and mentor AI engineers.

Preferred: Experience with enterprise workflows and the insurance domain
