At Alphadroid, we are building a next-generation Warehouse Operating System (WOS) that transforms traditional warehouses into intelligent, automated environments by integrating business processes, inventory management, and robotic agents such as ASRS, SPMs, AMRs, and AGVs.

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, distributed systems, and event-driven architecture.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, REST APIs, and gRPC.
• Strong understanding of concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous programming, and system design.
• Experience developing high-performance, low-latency, and scalable backend applications.
• Knowledge of warehouse automation, WCS, WES, FMS, intralogistics, or robotics is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Build scalable and high-performance backend applications and microservices.
• Develop warehouse process orchestration, inventory management, and fleet management solutions.
• Integrate software platforms with robotic systems and warehouse automation equipment.
• Solve complex challenges involving concurrency, reliability, scalability, and real-time coordination.
