AI Tech Lead / Product Manager – 0 to 1 Product Ownership

We’re looking for a hands-on, ownership-driven professional who can take an AI-powered product from concept to production. Someone who can translate business problems into product solutions, make key technical or product decisions, and drive execution from the ground up.

What You’ll Own:

• Build and scale AI-powered products from 0 to 1
• Take end-to-end ownership of product vision, architecture, development, and deployment
• Translate business requirements into product roadmaps, technical solutions, and actionable deliverables
• Drive AI/GenAI integrations, LLM applications, Agentic AI, RAG, and workflow automation
• Work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and production systems
• Make critical product and technology decisions while balancing scalability, performance, and business impact
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of product outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building and launching products from scratch
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives independently
• Hands-on understanding of AI/GenAI, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and automation
• Ability to connect business goals with product strategy and technical execution
• For the AI Tech Lead track: strong software architecture, full-stack development, API design, and cloud deployment experience
• For the Product Manager track: experience with product discovery, roadmap planning, prioritization, user requirements, and product delivery
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools
• A builder’s mindset: comfortable making decisions, solving problems, and taking a product from idea to real-world adoption
