Role Description: Working with QuestRank as the official screening partner, our enterprise client in Greater Ahmedabad is seeking an ERP & AI Automation Manager to drive the rollout, configuration, and continuous optimisation of their ERP systems and AI workflow automation platforms. The ERP & Digitisation Head will lead company-wide digital transformation and ERP implementation for its manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the MD, this role focuses on automating manual workflows and managing the complete IT infrastructure to drive operational transparency. This leadership position is based at the Viramgam factory office, focusing on integrating custom enterprise tools and leading digital initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain divisions. The goal is to maximize throughput through modern technology adoption and process re-engineering.

A Day In The Life

A typical day involves overseeing end-to-end ERP rollouts, managing IT budgets and hardware assets, and collaborating with plant teams to identify manual bottlenecks for automation. You will lead the MIS support team to ensure network security and maximum system uptime.

Key Activities

• Executing end-to-end ERP implementation and module customization
• Directing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation support
• Managing company-wide IT budgets, software licensing, and hardware assets
• Re-engineering manual manufacturing workflows into automated processes
• Ensuring overall network security and enterprise system stability

Responsibilities
