Sr. Product Associate

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to independently own a product area end-to-end, drive successful outcomes, and lead execution through a small team of Product Associates and Analysts with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use data to understand business problems, user needs, and existing processes.
• Define solutions, user journeys, business rules, edge cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Write clear PRDs and build prototypes, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
• Own the product lifecycle from problem identification to deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Drive requirements, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery with Engineering and business teams.
• Lead functional testing, UAT, production sign-off, and post-release issue resolution.
• Act as the Product POC for assigned areas, including communication, training, documentation, and adoption.
• Drive prioritization, quality, and adherence to timelines for the assigned product area and team.

Requirements:

• Education: BBA, MBA, or a related degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Technology Consulting, or a related role.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and product thinking skills.
• Experience in writing clear PRDs and creating prototypes.
• Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Ability to drive execution and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
