🔍 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile/Web Application Developer with strong expertise in React.js, React Native, web application development, and mobile application testing. The ideal candidate should combine hands-on technical expertise with proven team leadership and project delivery skills.

🛠️ Mandatory Skills

React.js and React Native
Web application development and mobile application testing
Strong JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS skills
React ecosystem technologies, including Redux and GraphQL
RESTful APIs, stateless APIs, and MVC architecture
Front-end tools such as Babel, Webpack, and NPM
Git and modern software development practices
Unit testing, functional verification, and code reviews

👥 Leadership & Project Management

At least 3 years of experience leading 10+ engineers
Experience managing resources, project timelines, scope, and delivery.
Ability to lead Scrum teams and follow Agile methodologies.
Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder-management skills.
Experience mentoring developers and technical leads.
Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

💻 Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex web and mobile applications.
Drive solution architecture, user experience design, and backend integrations.
Build reusable, high-quality, and performance-optimized application features.
Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams.
Ensure coding standards, design documentation, testing, and integration quality.
Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code optimized for target devices.
Conduct code reviews and promote continuous engineering improvement.

⭐ Good to Have

CSM/CSPO Agile Scrum certifications
Experience with Angular or Ember.js
Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript application stacks
Experience developing applications for consumer electronics platforms
