About Position:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior C++ Software Engineer with strong expertise in Qt/QML and 3D graphics development to join our product engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance desktop applications while contributing to the architecture and evolution of innovative software solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in C++, modern software design principles, graphics programming, and application development across the full software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using C++ and Qt/QML.
- Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance desktop applications that meet business and customer requirements.
- Develop and implement advanced 3D graphics capabilities using OpenGL, DirectX, and related technologies.
- Design and optimize spatial algorithms and graphical rendering components.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and developers to define, design, and implement new features.
- Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure software quality and maintainability.
- Optimize software applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain multithreaded and concurrent applications for improved system efficiency.
- Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
- Manage source code, releases, defect tracking, and development activities using Git, JIRA, and related tools.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to production support.
- Support modernization initiatives, application enhancements, and technology upgrades.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development artifacts.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Software Development, Product Engineering, or Application Development.
- Strong programming expertise in C++ with deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Qt Framework and QML for desktop application development.
- Proven experience building scalable and high-performance desktop software applications.
- Strong knowledge of OpenGL, DirectX, and modern 3D graphics programming techniques.
- Experience developing rendering engines, visualization tools, or graphics-intensive applications.
- Strong understanding of spatial algorithms, geometric processing, and graphical computation techniques.
- Experience working with data structures, algorithms, and software performance optimization.
- Hands-on expertise in multithreading, concurrent programming, synchronization, and resource management.
- Experience designing and maintaining large-scale software systems and applications.
- Proficiency with Git, version control systems, branching strategies, and source code management.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile project management methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Experience debugging, profiling, and optimizing complex software applications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
