CRM & Frontend Integration Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in CRM
integration, API handling, lead management, and frontend development—especially within
WordPress environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of connecting digital lead
sources to CRMs, maintaining smooth data flow via APIs, and building efficient landing pages or
user interfaces as required.
Key Responsibilities
- CRM Integration & Management
○ Integrate CRMs (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, LeadSquared, Salesforce) with various
web platforms.
○ Automate lead flow and build logical rules for lead assignment and
categorization.
○ Monitor, debug, and maintain CRM data integrity and sync processes.
- API Integration
○ Consume and integrate RESTful APIs for third-party platforms (e.g., lead
delivery, analytics, SMS/email services).
○ Develop custom webhooks for form submissions and external service triggers.
○ Troubleshoot API errors and ensure secure and reliable data transfer.
- Lead Management
○ Design and implement systems to capture, validate, and route leads efficiently.
○ Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to define lead scoring, tracking, and
attribution rules.
○ Generate basic reports or dashboards to monitor lead flow and conversion.
- Frontend Development
○ Create, modify, and maintain landing pages, forms, and interactive elements
using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
○ Ensure responsive and cross-browser compatible UI/UX.
○ Optimize pages for performance and SEO.
- WordPress Development
○ Customize WordPress themes and plugins to match campaign requirements.
○ Use form plugins (e.g., Contact Form 7, Elementor Forms, WPForms) and
connect them to CRMs or APIs.
○ Manage site updates, content publishing, and minor troubleshooting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of CRMs and how they connect to web platforms.
- Proven experience with API integration (REST, JSON).
- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery.
- Experience working with WordPress, Elementor, and popular form plugins.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools, version control (e.g., Git), and basic debugging.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
