Key Responsibilities

  • Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities in line with business objectives.
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify product opportunities.
  • Gather and analyse business and technical requirements and translate them into product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, operations, and other stakeholders to deliver product outcomes.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to development, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Prioritise product backlogs based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Work with technology teams to ensure product functionality, usability, scalability, and performance meet expectations.
  • Track product performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and relevant business or product analytics.
  • Coordinate release planning, product launches, stakeholder communication, and post-launch improvements.
  • Identify risks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and performance insights to business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in product management, product development, business analysis, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
  • Ability to translate business requirements and customer needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams across business, operations, design, or technology.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to balance business priorities, customer expectations, and technical considerations.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product management platforms is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working on digital products, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or technology-enabled business solutions.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, customer experience, and product usability.
  • Familiarity with product analytics, market research, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience coordinating product launches, feature enhancements, and product adoption initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
