ROLE: We are scouting for a Portfolio Analytics Manager specializing in Small molecule/NCE/Pharma API to drive data-driven product strategy and expertise in portfolio monitoring, market researchand asset optimization & product selection.

KEY DELIVERABLES:·
- Formulate product pipeline, business case preparation of the proposed product portfolio including ROI driven analysis.
- Maintain product portfolio dashboards, enhancing visibility into pipeline status, risk flags, and performance metrics.
- Design and maintained KPI dashboards to monitor product and asset performance across life-cycle stages, enabling data-driven portfolio governance and therapy based decision-making.
INCUMBENT COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy and MBA.
- Proven expertise in portfolio monitoring, market research, financial modeling, and launch planning to support ROI-driven product decisions and asset optimization
ANNUAL COMPENSATION: 15LPA
