Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment: Translate high-level business goals into actionable program roadmaps. Conduct business case analyses to ensure every initiative delivers a measurable Return on Investment (ROI).
Cross-Functional Leadership: Orchestrate collaboration between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations. You will be the "connective tissue" that keeps disparate departments moving in a unified direction.
Governance & Execution: Establish program governance structures, including decision-making frameworks, escalation paths, and reporting cadences for executive leadership.
Risk & Interdependency Management: Proactively identify and mitigate risks across the entire program portfolio. Manage complex interdependencies where one project’s delay could impact the entire roadmap.
Financial Oversight: Manage multi-million dollar program budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial accountability.
Continuous Improvement: Drive the adoption of modern methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.) and mentor mid-level Project Managers to elevate the team's execution maturity.
Required Qualifications
10+ years in project/program management, with at least 5 years specifically leading complex, multi-workstream programs in a senior capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or Master’s in Program Management is strongly preferred.
Deep proficiency with portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Exceptional negotiation and influence skills—you must be comfortable challenging executive-level stakeholders and driving consensus in "gray areas."
