- Establish platform-based designs to enable reuse across power levels and applications.
- Own system-level requirements: efficiency, power density, reliability, safety, grid compliance.
- Engineering Execution & Technical Governance
- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams of Electrical and Mechanical, System control Engineering
- Define engineering standards, design guidelines, and review mechanisms.
- Own design reviews, technical risk management, and design trade-off decisions.
- Own system-level validation strategies and test coverage.
- Manufacturing, Quality & Field Reliability
- Partner with manufacturing for NPI, ramp-up, and yield improvement.
- Lead field failure analysis, root cause investigations, and corrective actions.
- Drive reliability engineering and accelerated life testing.
- Enable localization and second-source strategies with supply chain.
- Business, Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as technical interface in customer interactions, RFQs, and pre-sales.
- Align product strategy with market needs, cost targets, and revenue goals.
- Mentor senior technical leaders and build long-term engineering capability.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Operations, and Service teams.
