Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Analyst role based in Gurugram. The role is suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in product management.

The Product Analyst will work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams across engineering, design, business, operations, and external partners. The role will involve supporting requirement gathering, product analysis, documentation, data analysis, feature tracking, and product execution across Solfin’s technology and financing platforms.

The individual will help translate business and user requirements into structured product inputs, analyse product and process performance, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and support the execution of new features and enhancements. The role will also involve coordinating with stakeholders, preparing product documentation, tracking timelines, and supporting product launches.

This role offers a structured path towards an Associate Product Manager position based on performance, ownership, problem-solving ability, and demonstrated product thinking.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in product, business analysis, consulting, technology, operations, fintech, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data and derive actionable insights.
• Basic understanding of product development, user journeys, requirements gathering, and feature prioritization will be an advantage.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, design, business, operations, external partners, and vendors to understand requirements and support execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document requirements and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
• Comfort working with Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis; familiarity with SQL, BI tools, or product analytics tools will be an advantage.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field.
• Interest or prior exposure to fintech, lending, renewable energy, clean technology, or energy financing will be an advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn, take ownership, and grow into a product management role.
• Comfortable working full-time from the Gurugram office in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
