Role Description: The Vendor and Product Development role at MEBA India is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding vendors for fabricated, cast, and machined components to ensure consistent quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply. The individual will coordinate closely with production, quality, and sales teams to align product specifications with market and customer requirements, and to support new product introductions or enhancements. Daily tasks include managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts,Product Development, Design Study, and resolving supply issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in vendor management, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiation within an engineering or industrial manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of metal processing, industrial machinery (bandsaw and circular saw machines), and related consumables, with the ability to understand technical specifications.
• Skills in product development, including requirements gathering, coordination with technical teams, and support for testing and validation activities.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to work effectively with vendors, internal stakeholders, and customers.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a structured approach to process improvement and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field; relevant experience in procurement or product development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes for industrial machinery and components; experience in the metalworking or cutting tools sector is a plus.
