AI Project Manager

Role Description The AI Project Manager (Contract) will oversee end-to-end delivery of AI-related projects for clients, coordinating requirements, timelines, resources, and quality standards. This hybrid role is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scope and milestones, managing schedules, tracking progress, and identifying risks or dependencies across internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders. The role will involve expediting project activities to meet critical deadlines, aligning inspection and validation processes, and ensuring logistics for data, tools, and personnel are properly managed. The AI Project Manager will document status reports, facilitate reviews, support continuous improvement, and ensure that all project outcomes adhere to agreed technical, operational, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.
• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely completion of tasks, follow up on deliverables, and resolve bottlenecks.
• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to support quality checks, compliance reviews, and validation of project outputs.
• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, materials, and information flow across teams and locations.
• Demonstrated experience managing technology or AI-related projects, preferably in consulting or client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and structured execution.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid (Bengaluru and remote) setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, management, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
