We're Hiring: Technical Lead

Rrayze Business Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the development of enterprise-grade applications at the intersection of AI, regulation, and consumer protection.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with technical leadership, system architecture, performance optimization, and enterprise security experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of 2–4 backend and frontend developers.
  • Translate high-level designs into low-level designs and sprint-ready technical tasks.
  • Develop and review production code using Python/Django, React, and PostgreSQL.
  • Design scalable data models, secure APIs, and audit-ready data systems.
  • Drive performance, reliability, observability, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Collaborate with AI, QA, UI/UX, and solution architecture teams.
  • Ensure secure development practices and high-quality technical delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of software development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django/DRF, React, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience building secure REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Exposure to on-premises deployments, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Knowledge of application security, RBAC, SSO, OWASP, Docker, Linux, and CI/CD.
  • Experience with asynchronous processing, caching, and performance optimization.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

  • BFSI or banking/NBFC project experience.
  • Exposure to on-premises LLM/NLP deployments or RPA.
  • Experience with immutable audit logs and regulatory data retention.
  • Familiarity with DPDP Act 2023, ISO 27001, or STQC/CERT-In audits.
  • Experience building multilingual applications.
