We are an online education provider looking for an experienced Moodle Developer to customize and develop an LMS for our Doctorate Level 8 programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Moodle for Doctorate / Level 8 programs
• Develop custom Moodle plugins and features as required
• Create customized dashboards for:
• Doctoral Candidates
• Supervisors
• Academic/Admin Team
• Develop candidate–supervisor allocation and management workflows
• Implement research proposal, synopsis, thesis and document submission workflows
• Create research milestone and progress tracking systems
• Develop approval/review workflows for supervisors and academic teams
• Implement assignment, assessment, feedback and grading workflows
• Develop customized reports and academic progress tracking
• Configure role-based access and permissions
• Implement automated email/notification workflows
• Integrate third-party systems and APIs where required
• Customize Moodle themes/UI for a professional higher-education experience
• Configure hosting, security, backups and performance optimization
• Provide technical support, maintenance and future customization

What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who can understand our academic requirements, recommend the right Moodle architecture, and independently develop/customize the LMS, rather than only performing basic Moodle installation or administration.
