Position Description:

J2EE, React.js, and TypeScript to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java-based enterprise application development, modern front-end frameworks, and RESTful API integration.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver secure, responsive, and user-friendly applications. The role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working in Agile development environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive and scalable web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Java, and J2EE technologies.
Build reusable UI components and front-end modules following industry best practices.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services with Java-based backend systems.
Work with Java/J2EE technologies to support enterprise application development and integration.
Implement responsive user interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
Perform unit testing, debugging, code reviews, and application troubleshooting.
Optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions, requirement analysis, and solution architecture activities.
Follow secure coding practices and ensure application quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Use version control tools such as Git and participate in CI/CD and deployment activities.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers where required.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Must-Have Skills:

Java / J2EE: Strong hands-on experience with Java and J2EE application development.
React.js: Proficiency in developing dynamic, reusable, and component-based user interfaces.
TypeScript: Strong knowledge of TypeScript, including types, interfaces, generics, and object-oriented programming concepts.
JavaScript: Strong understanding of ES6+ features, asynchronous programming, promises, and event handling.
HTML5 and CSS3: Experience building responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible web interfaces.
API Integration: Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
Spring Framework: Familiarity with Spring or Spring Boot for backend integration and enterprise application development.
Debugging and Testing: Experience troubleshooting application issues and writing unit tests for front-end and backend components.
Version Control: Working knowledge of Git and collaborative development workflows.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Agile Methodology: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.

Good-to-Have Skills:

Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Redux Toolkit, or Context API.
Knowledge of Next.js or server-side rendering concepts.
Experience with Java enterprise frameworks, including Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Hibernate.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Experience with front-end testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
Knowledge of build tools such as Maven, Gradle, npm, and Vite or Webpack.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized application deployments.
Exposure to performance optimization, accessibility standards, and web application monitoring.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
