Java Software Engineer

Role Description The Java Software Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications that support client business requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing microservices and APIs, integrating with existing systems, and collaborating with other engineers and consultants on solution design. The role involves working with frameworks such as Spring, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing performance and scalability. The engineer will also contribute to technical documentation and support deployment activities as part of project delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including experience with system design and application architecture.
• Candidates should possess solid Programming skills in Java, with a focus on object-oriented design and best practices.
• Candidates should possess experience working with Microservices, including RESTful APIs and distributed systems concepts.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Data) for building robust backend services.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and basic data modeling.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of version control (e.g., Git) and modern development workflows (CI/CD, code reviews).
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a consulting environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience—is preferred.
• Experience with AWS is must
