Role:

We’re hiring a Technical Project Manager to own the onboarding and launch journey of leading DTC brands building mobile shopping apps on Shopify.

This role sits at the intersection of Customers, Product, Design, Engineering, and QA. If you enjoy driving projects from kickoff to launch, solving problems, managing stakeholders, and working in a fast-paced SaaS environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Own end-to-end onboarding projects from requirement gathering to app launch.
• Act as the primary point of contact for brands throughout onboarding.
• Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Product, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Drive customer communication, project updates, and launch readiness.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ year of experience in Project Management, Technical Project Management, Implementations, Customer Success, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Prior experience in Ecommerce, SaaS, or Shopify ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Understanding of ecommerce categories such as Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care, Food & Beverage, and Nutraceuticals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent ownership, execution, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and thrive in a high-growth startup environment.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Shopify and its app ecosystem.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and mobile app projects.
• Exposure to tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, ClickUp, or Asana.
