Role Description The Odoo Techno Functional role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. The role involves analyzing client business processes, gathering requirements, and mapping them to Odoo ERP modules and workflows. The Odoo Techno Functional professional will configure, customize, and test Odoo functionalities, collaborate with developers on integrations and enhancements, and support implementation and go-live activities. Daily responsibilities include functional testing, troubleshooting issues, preparing documentation, and providing user training and support. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure successful delivery of Odoo-based solutions that meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective Odoo-based solutions.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills for client interactions, requirement gathering, documentation, and user training.
• Candidates should possess solid business process understanding, especially in domains such as Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, or FMCG.
• Candidates should possess experience in functional testing to validate Odoo workflows, configurations, and customizations against business needs.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of integration concepts, including API-based integrations between Odoo and other applications.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP (functional and basic technical) is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
• Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, or Linux environments, and prior experience in ERP implementation or consulting will be an advantage.
