We are seeking a Principal/Staff Engineer (Python/Golang) to lead the architecture, technical strategy, and development of our high-performance backend systems. In this core role, you will solve complex engineering challenges, mentor teams, and directly shape our technology roadmap.

• Own and deliver critical product initiatives end-to-end.
• Define scalable architectures and technical direction.
• Write high-quality code across frontend and backend systems.

• Make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed, reliability, and maintainability.
• Identify and address scaling, performance, and security challenges early.
• Ensure systems are resilient, observable, and production-ready.
• Drive engineering excellence through strong testing, monitoring, and operational practices.

• Strong builder who has shipped products used by real customers.
• Comfortable working across the stack (Python, Go, and JavaScript) and owning features from idea to production.
• Strong grasp of system design, APIs, data flows, reliability, and scalable architectures.
• Experience defining scalable architectures and technical direction.
• Uses AI extensively to code, debug, test, and accelerate software development.
• High ownership with the ability to take products from concept to production.
