Required Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Engineering or Technology or equivalent.
- Post-graduate degree in Engineering, Technology, or Management is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant professional certifications such as PgPM, PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, SAFe, IASSC Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, or TOGAF will be preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of post-qualification professional experience in engineering, technology, consulting, or advisory services.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in AFC systems or ticketing platforms within the transportation sector, including Rail, Airlines, Airports, Bus, or Ferry.
- Experience in reserved ticketing platforms for Rail, Airlines, or Airports, preferably across 2 or more projects.
- Experience in government transportation projects, preferably involving Rail, Airlines, Airports, Bus, or Ferry.
- Strong understanding of transportation ticketing ecosystems, technology platforms, station hardware, and system integration.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of Ticketing Platforms and Station Hardware for transportation projects.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for AFC systems, ticketing platforms, and associated station hardware.
- Coordinate the design, development, implementation, integration, testing, and commissioning of ticketing systems.
- Review technical specifications, system requirements, architecture documents, drawings, interface documents, and technical submissions.
