Our AI engineers build the models and the pipelines behind them. As our Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will own the web applications that bring their work to real users, from the first commit to production.

What you will do

• Build complete web applications on React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB, covering frontend, backend, database and deployment.
• Project management for every MERN app you work on is yours, from breaking requirements into tasks and estimating timelines through code reviews and releases.
• You will develop REST APIs and integrate the third-party services each app needs.
• Alongside our AI developers, you will connect their models and AI services to the app, wiring up LLM calls, streaming responses, file uploads and background jobs.
• Speed is part of the job, so you will tune bundle size, lazy loading, caching, database queries and server memory until pages load fast under real traffic.

What you need

• You have at least 3 years of full-time experience building MERN applications, and internships do not count toward them. Within those years, you have personally built enterprise SaaS apps and kept them scalable, reliable, robust and fast to respond as usage grew.
• Your React, Node.js, Express and MongoDB skills are strong enough to take an app from an empty repository to production on your own. That includes building JWT authentication yourself, with refresh tokens and role-based access control.
• On the database side, you have hands-on experience with document, relational, key-value and vector databases, such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL, Redis and Pinecone or pgvector. You can explain when you would pick one over another.
• Memory concepts are clear to you in both Node.js and the browser, covering heap and stack, garbage collection, memory leaks and memoization in React. You can walk us through a speed or memory problem you fixed in a live app.
• You need basic, practical AI knowledge, meaning you have called an LLM API such as OpenAI or Claude from a Node backend and you know what embeddings and RAG are for. Model training is not part of this role.
