Role Description The Senior Integration Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar Taluka. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between enterprise systems, applications, and third-party platforms, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering integration requirements from stakeholders, creating technical specifications, building and testing integration workflows and APIs, and troubleshooting integration issues. The Senior Integration Engineer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR consulting, operations, and IT, to support business processes and enhance system performance. The role may also involve mentoring junior engineers, documenting integration architectures, and recommending improvements to integration standards and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in system integration, including APIs, web services, and middleware platforms (e.g., REST, SOAP, ESB tools).
  • Strong skills in programming or scripting languages commonly used for integration (such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with databases, data modeling, and ETL processes to ensure accurate and secure data exchange between systems.
  • Background in enterprise applications (e.g., HRIS, ERP, CRM) and understanding of how to connect and optimize these systems.
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical integration specifications and solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills for complex integration environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple integration projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in integration technologies are an advantage.
  • Experience in consulting or service-based environments and familiarity with HR or business process workflows is beneficial.
