Role Overview:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented Data Engineering Manager to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our operations, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering exceptional results within your functional area. The ideal candidate will combine big-picture strategic thinking with hands-on, tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted subject matter expert and advisor for cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering to refine data models and pipelines.
• Develop, automate, and maintain interactive business intelligence dashboards.
• Provide ongoing mentorship, guidance, and training to junior team members.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High-level proficiency with SQL, Python, Excel, and enterprise BI tools.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and asynchronous communication capabilities.
• 5-8 years of demonstrated, progressive success in a relevant functional role.
• Strong statistical knowledge and experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Extensive experience with BI and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
